Irrespective of which lawyer at Marcon & Rubens is assigned to a case, at all times the contracting party with whom the client contracts is Marcon & Rubens cvba. This does not apply to cases assigned by the competent authorities in the context of free legal assistance, to individual lawyers or trainee-lawyers who work at Marcon & Rubens.
